Greetings, Scout families and leaders!

We are thrilled to invite you to the highlight of the scouting calendar – the All Sections Weekend 2023 at PACCAR Scout Camp! This action-packed event promises to be our biggest and most exciting yet, bringing together all sections for an unforgettable experience from Friday, 22nd September to Sunday, 24th September 2023.

Thrilling Adventures for All Sections:

This weekend is all about embracing the spirit of scouting, and each section has a unique and thrilling program tailored just for them!

Squirrels: Our newest section will embark on an adventure-filled day from 9:30 am to 3 pm. Scale new heights on a traverse wall, navigate underground adventures, and don’t forget to bring your fluffy friends along for a teddy bears picnic!

Beavers (Pirates): Ahoy, me hearties! Get ready to turn your Beaver colony into the ultimate Pirate Crew. Create pirate costumes, follow maps to find hidden treasure, and bravely walk the plank on Quick Drop!

Cubs (Discovery): Cubs, prepare to discover the wonders of PACCAR! Alongside exciting camp activities, you’ll have the chance to create and launch bottle rockets, explore foods from around the world, and learn fascinating facts about animals.

Scouts (I’m a Scout Get Me Out of Here!): It’s time to face your fears and tackle challenges head-on! With bases to test your fears and bushcraft skills, mixed in with beloved PACCAR activities, this promises to be a true test of your scout skills.

Explorers (SkyCamp): Sky Camp is back by popular demand! Construct a SkyCamp using ropes, poles, nets, hammocks, tarps, and more – all off the ground! Compete against other teams for the SkyCamp trophy and exciting prizes.

Pricing and Booking:

Participation in this epic weekend is within reach for everyone, with various pricing options:

  • Squirrels (Day Event only): £20.00 Participants, £5.00 Leaders
  • Beavers, Cubs, Scouts (Weekend Event): £49.00 Participants, £20.00 Leaders
  • Explorers/Network (Weekend Event): £20.00 Participants, £10.00 Leaders

For Beavers, Cubs, and Scouts, there’s also the option of Meal Deal Catering for an additional fee. Please book early, as places are limited.
