Our main services block has separate facilities for boys, men, ladies and girls and each contain toilets, as well as washing and shower facilities.
A commercial washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use at nominal charges.
There is a well-stocked providore selling souvenirs and sweets, as well as frozen goods such as sausages, burgers and vegetables. Other frozen food items may be ordered in advance. There is a Budgens in Chalfont St Peter village just a short walk away. There is also Tesco in Gerrards Cross only two miles away. Tesco Direct, Ocado and Sainsburys online will all deliver to site.
Situated next to the Providore and include a soft drinks machine, chocolate machine and a hot drinks machine.

There is an interdenominational area on site where Scouts Own may be held. Groups are welcome to use the area for their own services.
All groups should bring a comprehensive first aid kit to deal with their own minor injuries. In an emergency an should be called from the office. In the event of a major injury please notify the office immediately. WE DO NOT HAVE A DEDICATED FIRST AID ROOM.
There is a free Wi-Fi facility which can be found in or around the flag circle.
During the summer months we open the flag circle as a tea/coffee bar for people to enjoy a relaxing drink and slice of cake.
We would ask all members of Uniformed organisations to arrive and leave site in uniform.
All vehicles must be parked in the car park, if you need to proceed beyond the car park, please report to the office first. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk and Paccar Scout Camp accept no liability for any damages caused.
We allow access to sites with your own vehicles but ask that where possible you take only one vehicle on site which is only driven on the clearly marked tracks and is returned to the Main Car Park immediately after unloading.
Hand trolleys are available for transporting equipment to and from sites. These can be found adjacent to the main toilet block opposite the Flag circle. Please return them as soon as you have finished with them so others may use them.
Due to the nature of the soil on site we ask you not to dig pits of any description.
Standpipes are available at various points both on fields and in the woods.
We do not allow ground fires anywhere on site outside of the CampFire Circle. Alter Fires and Raised Fire Bowls are available free of charge.
Wood is available in the woodland area from wood stacks (created by our forestry crew who chop fallen trees) or by collecting fallen wood.
There is a large camp fire circle, but its use may be restricted in times when official site camp fires are taking place, it is located in the middle of woodlands.
Sorry – no dogs are allowed on site.
A dedicated toilet and shower facility is available for those with special needs. The code for the door is available from reception on arrival.
The safety and security of all children on our site is paramount, anyone over the age of 18 (or that looks over the age of 18) maybe stopped and asked for information as to which group they are with. We ask everyone to cooperate. We also have CCTV cameras located throughout the campsite that are monitored.
Groups not affiliated to Scouts or Guides are required to have their own insurance. Proof of this may be asked for on arrival.
