Camping
We have plenty of camping space at PACCAR. There are two 10 acre fields, and 24 woodland campsites.
The fields are the most convenient for the toilet / shower block and are sub divided, generally you will find yourself sharing the area but they are very large and theres plenty of room to allow space between groups.As a guide for large events we easily camp 500 people on each field. If you are saying in a building with some of your group camping we can allocate camping space next to each building.
The woodland sites vary in size, the smallest accommodates approx 12 campers, the largest will accommodate approx 50 campers. Two of the sites (numbers 23 and 24) are deliberately left as uncultivated to give the traditional woodland feel under the canopy, the rest are all light, bright, grassy areas. We work hard at keeping the tree canopy clear and the bordering bushes cut back to give as green a space as we can.
