Contact Forms
To allow us to move away from full information forms please provide us with the names of your young people attending, along with two adult contacts and their numbers.
This form has space for 36 young people, if you have more than this number please drop us an email and we will arrange a form with more spaces for you.

Youth Information Sheet
We’ve put together an information sheet aimed at the young people attending the event, hopefully this will answer some of their questions!
Air Rifle Permission Form
Here is an example of the Air Rifle Permission form needed for Freezer Camp. It is not compulsory that this form is used, if you have already got permission.
We will ask leaders to mark off on Participant Wrist Bands whether they have permission or not.
